A BEAUTIFUL SUMMER WEDDING IN BARNHAM AND CHICHESTER – KATY AND DANIEL

When Katy and Daniel first got in touch with me about their wedding, I was so excited – they were planning a relaxed traditional wedding with a church ceremony and a lovely meal with friends and family for the reception. Katy and Daniel are the most fun people and I couldn’t wait to shoot their wedding!

GETTING READY

I started at the bride’s parents house, where the bride was getting ready, and it was so chilled out, because everyone was in a good mood. Katy wore a lacy dress and Daniel wore a three-piece suit and they looked really perfect.

THE CEREMONY

The wedding took place at Church of St Mary, Barnham, and was a romantic ceremony. They had some beautiful readings, which brought pretty much everyone to tears. After the ceremony they walked down the aisle together, and then we did a confetti tunnel outside the church door.

THE RECEPTION

The wedding reception took place Chichester Golf Club, which was decorated so lovely. It was so beautiful.

It was a windy day, which wasn’t in the plan but the couple didn’t mind. While the guests enjoyed drinks at the bar, I did some family photos. My favourite photo from our couples session is later in the evening at golden hour. Check it out below!

During the reception they had a lovely meal with friends and family, which everyone loved. For the wedding breakfast they had proper wedding grub, and it was so yummy. Afterwards, they had some wonderful speeches and the dancefloor was packed all evening. They also had a DJ, which everyone loved.
