Relaxing Country Wedding – Kerry and Andrew
When Kerry and Andrew first got in touch with me about their Gilbert White’s House, Selborne wedding in Hampshire, I was so happy – they were planning a relaxed countryside wedding with an intimate ceremony, lawn games and even giant Jenga. Kerry and Andrew seemed like the loveliest people and I couldn’t wait to shoot their wedding!
I turned up at couple’s home, where the bride was getting ready, and it was so relaxed, because everyone was in a good mood. Kerry wore a Lou Lou dress and Andrew wore Handmade suit from Norton & Townsend and they looked so gorgeous.
The wedding took place Gilbert White’s House, and was a romantic legal ceremony. They had some beautiful readings, which was so beautiful. After the ceremony they were showered with confetti, and then the celebrations began.
The wedding reception took place Gilbert White’s House, which they’d decorated with flowers and colourful ballons on pots. It was beautiful.
It was a sunny day, which was perfect for photos. While the guests ate canapes, we took portrait photos. My favourite photo from our portrait session is the couple walking through the long grass.
During the reception they played lawn games, which was so much fun. For dinner they had proper wedding grub, and it was so yummy. After the meal there were a few speeches, then the couple cut the wedding cake and guests enjoyed the free bar.
