When Louise and Stuart first got in touch with me about their wedding, I was so excited – they were planning a relaxed countryside wedding with an outdoor ceremony and a lovely meal with friends and family for the reception. Louise and Stuart are the most fun people and I couldn’t wait to shoot their wedding!
THE CEREMONY
The wedding took place at Southdowns Manor, and was a romantic ceremony. They had some beautiful readings, which brought pretty much everyone to tears. After the ceremony they walked down the aisle together, and then the celebrations began.
THE RECEPTION
The wedding reception took place Southdowns Manor, which was decorated so lovely. It was so beautiful.
It was a overcast day, which was what the couple had hoped for. While the guests enjoyed drinks at the bar, I did some family photos. My favourite photo from our couples session is later in the evening at golden hour. Check it out below!
During the reception they had a lovely meal with friends and family, which everyone loved. For the wedding breakfast they had proper wedding grub, and it was so yummy. Afterwards, they had some wonderful speeches and the dancefloor was packed all evening. They also had a DJ, which everyone loved.

Partner 2 (Grooms) wedding attire supplier/shop: Kilt inherited from his father
Bridesmaids (Dresses, Accessories & any other information): dresses from JJ’s house, shoes are bridesmaids own, accessories from essentials, bouquet charms by the bride
Groomsmen (wedding attire): Suits from JC brides & grooms, waistcoats from St. Kilda
Decor, Stationary (invites, menu, table plan etc): All either hand made or sourced from Ebay
Rings: H Samuels
Car/Transport: Dreamday campers
