Deciding on a venue is one of the first (and most important!) things a couple does when planning a wedding. With the ability to make a break or day, choosing the right place is crucial. Thankfully, when Katie and Scott chose Buxted Park, they knew they’d made a good choice.
Taking place on the 22nd December, it was a crisp sunny day for the couple’s wedding. Wearing an elegant lace overlay dress; Katie matched the venue perfectly as she walked down the aisle accompanied by her six beautiful bridesmaids.
After a romantic ceremony, filled with smiles and laughter, the couple were joined by their family on the grounds of the park for a mix of traditional and intimate group photos. I then took Katie and Scott to the venue’s pond for more picturesque shots.
The venue’s grand dining hall provided a spectacular backdrop for a delicious wedding breakfast and the traditional speeches before Scott and Katie cut their unique naked wedding cake.
The couple then enjoyed their romantic first dance, completing the magical day they became man and wife.

Katie and Scott Review 5* – “Joanna photographed our wedding on 22 December at Buxted Park. From the first moment I knew she was perfect. She made us feel relaxed and at ease. My photos were ready to view within days of the wedding and she had managed to capture so many special moments of us and our guests. I cannot recommend her enough, so if you haven’t booked your photographer already then don’t look any further!”
