I offer coverage by the hour for micro weddings (registry office, venues and more) at £250 per hour (available for weddings up to 30 miles from Felpham). Please enquire for more details and a quote for full day pricing.
All my 8 hour Sussex wedding photography collections include travel within 40 miles of Felpham, Bognor Regis, West Sussex and up to 2 locations. (Contact me for a quote if further away but I don’t charge a lot for travel)

GOT SOME QUESTIONS?

If you would like to secure your wedding date with me, I require a £250 booking fee and my online wedding contract to be signed by both parties (couple).

I will keep you up to date and post a ‘sneak peek’ on Facebook up to two days after your wedding but will also email it to you if you’re not on Facebook so you don’t miss out. But you will receive your final edited photographs to view on a password protected gallery within up to 8-12 weeks after your wedding date.

Yes all of my equipment is fully insured and I am covered by public liability and indemnity insurance.

If your wedding is within 40 miles from Felpham there will be no additional charge but there will be a small charge for travelling costs and expenses if further than this.

All photographs are placed onto a password-protected gallery. If you give friends and family the link and password I provide you they can also view and buy any prints they may like.

The word ‘copyright’ is a confusing issue. As the photographer, I will hold the legal copyright to the photographs, as I am the original creator. This means that I can edit, sell to your guests, publish, and use them commercially as I wish. I provide all my clients with a print release so that you can print them till your heart desires but you cannot edit, sell or use them for profit in any way.

Nothing is more important to me than your wedding dreams being realised. I know that this is going to be the most special day of your lives so far so it’s immensely important to me that I do everything in my power to make sure everything goes smoothly and as stress-free as possible! By finding out as much about you both and your wedding day plans as I can this enables me to make sure your wedding day is all about you and your guests. I want your memories to be of your wedding day not queuing for photos! I’ll help you plan and factor the photos into your timescale allowing you to create fantastic memories for yourselves so you get to re-live them and smile every time you see your gorgeous photos!

I use one Nikon D780 and one Nikon z6ii mirorless cameras during the day and I have a 3rd Nikon z6ii in reserve. I also use a selection of Nikon lenses. I use a camera spider holster to enable me to switch easily between cameras/lenses so I can switch from a zoomed in shot to a wide angle giving you a dynamic range of shots. I have flash lighting where needed too. I also use flash stands and a remote trigger for some creative lighting for your night evening photos during autumn/winter months.

With your permission, I’ll usually upload a sneak peek to Facebook and Instagram or direct to your email within 3 days after of your wedding day before I set to work on the rest of your images.

During very busy times, delivery of your full wedding gallery can be 8-12 weeks, although it’s often sooner than this depending on the time of year.

If disaster strikes I will go to every length to secure you a replacement photographer. (I’ve only needed cover for 2 weddings when I was pregnant but you never know!) Whilst it isn’t feasible to have another photographer booked and on standby, I’m part of a large and supportive community of wedding photographers. I belong to several photography networks where we regularly help each other out and refer work between ourselves so the chances of being able to find a replacement couldn’t be higher.

Firstly, my cameras have dual memory card slots so that your images are duplicated in the unlikely event a memory card becomes corrupted.

Secondly, I back your images up both in the office and offsite straight after your wedding so I have backup copies of your image files during the editing process

Once editing is complete I upload your jpeg image files to multiple secure locations.

You can pay your booking fee by credit card directly from your online payment link or bank transfer if you prefer. The remaining balance that is due 4 weeks beforehand is by bank transfer only please.
