A BEAUTIFUL AUTUMN WEDDING IN TROTTON, WEST SUSSEX – AIMEE AND CHRIS

When Aimee and Chris first got in touch with me about their wedding, I was so happy – they were planning the most relaxed autumnal wedding with an intimate ceremony and a lovely meal with friends and family for the reception. Aimee and Chris are the nicest people and I couldn’t wait to shoot their wedding!

Getting ready

I started at the couples home, where the bridal party was getting ready, and it was so chilled out, because everyone was in a good mood. Aimee wore a lacy dress and Chris wore a three-piece suit and they looked really beautiful.

The ceremony

The wedding took place at St Matthew’s Church, Blackmoor, Hampshire, and was a romantic ceremony. They had some beautiful readings, which was so beautiful. After the ceremony they walked down the aisle together, and then we went and did some beautiful portraits.

The reception

The wedding reception took place Southdowns Manor, which was decorated so nicely. It was so personal.

It was a cool day, which wasn’t in the plan but the couple didn’t mind. While the guests enjoyed drinks at the bar, we wandered around the venue doing fun and creative portraits. My favourite photo from our couples session is later in the evening. Check it out below!

During the reception they had a lovely meal with friends and family, which everyone loved. For the wedding breakfast they had proper wedding grub, and it was super yummy. Afterwards, the couple had their first dance and kept everyone dancing all night. They also had a DJ, which everyone loved.
