ROMANTIC AND INTIMATE WEDDING AT FARBRIDGE – HANNAH AND ROBERT

Hannah and Robert got married last summer at the beautiful Farbridge, which is a modern barn in West Sussex. It was a gorgeous day and the sun shone all day long!

Bride and groom prep

Hannah and Robert got ready at Farbridge, and the atmosphere was so relaxed. They then walked the short distance to get to the ceremony.

The ceremony

The ceremony was an intimate affair at a beautiful room at the venue. During the ceremony they read their own vows. It was so emotional and such a personal service.

The reception

The reception was in the barn at the venue. They chose Farbridge because it has so many options and they could totally personalise it. It was a Royal theme wedding, which was lovely as they got married the same day Harry and Meghan got married. I love shooting barn weddings because the grounds are just incredible.

They had lawn games in the afternoon, and live music in the evening. They decorated the venue with flowers and tealights, because it was a summer wedding.

The funniest part of the day was the speeches, because it made everyone laugh. Especially when the bride’s father got his daughters new last name wrong and called the happy couple her maiden name. They also did a gift exchange during the speeches – it was so personal!

The couple

The couple met on a dating website and have been together for a few years prior to getting married. They got in touch with me when they booked the venue and their enquiry was so personal. They said they wanted a relaxed photographer, and I loved that they were so relaxed.

Hannah and Robert’s wedding was so laid back and so chilled. Here’s their gorgeous wedding!
